One in three laboratory grown diamonds on Earth begins inside a KIRA reactor. We hold every stage, from CVD growth to polished stone and finished jewellery.
Every run begins with a seed wafer thinner than a fingernail, inspected and placed by hand. Nothing is automated here, because the seed decides what the crystal becomes.
Once the chamber closes, plasma ignites above the plate at several thousand degrees. Carbon settles one atomic layer at a time, and the glow only appears once growth is genuinely under way.
Grown plate comes out of the chamber, is measured, marked and logged into numbered trays. Every piece carries an identity long before anyone decides how to cut it.
Master cutters shape each stone in house. It leaves as a certified laboratory grown diamond, traceable back to the chamber it grew in.
